To prevent excessive impact force and tipping when palletized goods reach the bottom of the slope, cushioning devices should be installed at the lowest point of the slope. Additionally, an automatic pallet separation device needs to be installed at the lower end of the track to facilitate picking. Therefore, the design, manufacturing, and installation of this system pose significant challenges and incur higher costs.

Wooden pallets are generally not suitable, with plastic and steel pallets being more commonly used.
